Lotte pulled Koo Seung-min and sent Kim Won-joong to the mound. Kim Won-joong gave up a heartbreaking double to Moon Sung-joo. The score was now 3-6. Kim Won-joong gave up another RBI single to Kim Hyun-soo. LOTTE gave up four runs in the bottom of the eighth inning to LG and fell behind 3-7, 4 runs.
