Old Trafford is not on the list. The FA wants to put this stadium as a candidate stadium later. But Man United is negative. Manchester United announced in a statement last week that it had “concluded that it would be difficult to provide the area around Old Trafford due to the long-term planned remodeling of the stadium.”

Ireland has agreed to provide Aviva Stadium in Dublin. Northern Ireland offers Casement Park in Belfast, and Scotland offers Hampden Park in Glasgow. Wales has put up the Principality Stadium in Cardiff as a candidate stadium.

The final application for Euro 2028 is submitted to the European Football Federation (UEFA) by the 12th. After a presentation in September 2023, the final venue will be decided. Currently, with Britain and Ireland declaring co-hosting, Turkiye has entered the competition.
