Defending champions Jeonbuk Hyundai will attempt to win their second straight FA Cup.
Jeonbuk will host Paju Min Football Club of the K3 League in the round of 16 of the 2023 Hana OneQ FA Cup at Jeonju World Cup Stadium on Wednesday, Nov. 24 at 7 p.m. KST.
Jeonbuk’s 3-1 victory over Suwon FC of the K League 1 last weekend bounced them back to winning ways as they remained unbeaten in matches played under acting head coach Kim Doo-hyun. A victory over Paju would be their first back-to-back wins of the season and a second straight FA Cup quarterfinal appearance.
Paju, who defeated Dangjin Citizens Football Club (K4 League) in the third round of the FA Cup, was founded in 2012 and is led by Lee Eun-no.
This is the first time Paju has reached the round of 16 in the FA Cup since the 2019 season, and they are in third place in the K3 League this season with six wins, three draws, and two losses. This will be the first time Jeonbuk and Paju have met in an official competition since their founding.먹튀검증

Jeonbuk’s acting head coach Kim Doo-hyun said, “We plan to run a game that brings everyone together,” adding, “As it is a tournament, we will not let our guard down and will definitely win to present the next game to our fans.”
