Jonathan (FC Anyang), who is running first in scoring in the professional soccer K-League 2 (2nd division), was caught driving drunk.
FC Anyang announced on the 3rd that “Jonatan was caught driving drunk yesterday morning (2nd).”

“After confirming that Jonathan was caught driving under the influence, FC Anyang immediately reported it to the Professional Football Federation,” he said.
FC Anyang also said, “We are deeply aware of our responsibility for this issue,” and “We will do our best to prevent this from happening again through thorough education and management of FC Anyang members.”
Jonathan, from Costa Rica, was born in 1992 and has been playing for Anyang since 2021. He has 28 goals and 6 assists in 67 career games.
Since the start of this season, Jonatan has been showing off his improved skills by playing in all five matches and scoring five goals to rank first in the league’s score. Amidst Jonathan’s performance, Anyang went on an undefeated march with 3 wins, 2 draws and rose to second place in the league following Gyeongnam FC.
