Gangwon FC, 0-2 defeat to Suwon Samsung in ‘Former and Current Managers Face to Face’… 3-game losing streak

Gangwon FC ended up losing to Suwon Samsung, which they met on a single wooden bridge.

Gangwon FC lost 0-2 in the 13th round home game of ‘Hanawon Q K League 1 2023’ against Suwon Samsung held at Songam Sports Town in Chuncheon at 7:00 pm on the 13th. Gangwon, who recorded 3 consecutive losses after the victory over Jeonbuk Hyundai, maintained 11th place in the league with only 10 points (2 wins, 4 draws and 7 losses). Suwon, which added 3 points, remained in 12th place, but with 8 points (2 wins, 2 draws, 9 losses), the gap with Gangwon was reduced to 2.

Gangwon went 3-4-3 that day. Kim Dae-won, Dino, and Yang Hyeon-joon stood at the forefront, while Jeong Seung-yong, Seo Min-woo, Han Young-guk, and Lim Chang-woo protected the midfield. Yoon Seok-Young, Kim Young-Bin, and Lee Woong-Hee formed a three-back, and Yoo Sang-Hoon protected the goal.

Suwon went 4-3-3. Yeom Ki-hun, Ahn Byeong-jun, and Son Ho-jun formed the three-top lineup, and Yu Je-ho, Han Seok-jong, and Ko Seung-beom formed the second line. Lee Ki-je, Park Dae-won, Han Ho-gang, and Jang Ho-ik played the four-back, and Yang Hyeong-mo wore the goalkeeper gloves.
