Ahn Hyun-beom (28, Jeju United), who made his A-match debut against Peru, has fallen from Lake Klinsmann due to injury.
“Ahn Hyun-beom (28, Jeju United), who injured his right shoulder in a fall during the match against Peru, has been withdrawn from the national team for treatment,” the Korea Football Association announced on Sunday.
After the game, Ahn was diagnosed with a shoulder joint sprain and is expected to be sidelined for three to four weeks. No replacement will be named.
For Ahn, it was a disappointing performance followed by a string of injuries. Ahn was selected by coach Jürgen Klinsmann based on his performance at Jeju United this season and made his A-match debut at right fullback against Peru.
He played about 85 minutes until he was replaced by Na Sang-ho in the 40th minute, but his performance was not very satisfactory.먹튀검증
Ahn Hyun-beom, who usually plays the wing-back position in an attacking role in the Korean Football League (K League), showed his attacking prowess, but on this day, he focused on defense. However, in the early stages of the first half, he lost the ball in the defensive zone, leading to a goal.
Eventually, Ahn was injured and did not get any further opportunities, ending his call-up to the national team.
